Thanks for the suggestion. I have added the details in the post. Since the timing varies, with the quality & kind of pans, the heat intensity, the type of burners etc, I usually mention the finishing stages of the cooking process. But I agree that mentioning the timings will help the novice cooks.

So, as well as saying, for example, “fry until oil separates”, it would be most helpful also to add something like, “this should take about ten minutes”.
