Use both the top and bottom heating elements with or without the fan. It helps to bake the pizza evenly and when you keep the pizza pan close to the lower heating element, the crust becomes nicely crisp and golden.

Thanks. Either you remove the dough from the freezer and thaw at room temperature. Or keep the frozen dough in the refrigerator overnight. After defrosting or thawing, portion and roll the pizza dough, top with tomato sauce, veggies, cheese and bake.
